Linn, the Demon Slayer #dtiys

Linn (not my OC) drawn for my contest entry for #Linnredraw (swipe to last slide for to see the original DTIYS image by @samdoesarts). I was torn between focusing on the character's "adventurer" side VS. "swordsman" side but I think you know what I went with! I imagined her as a skillful yet humble character, so instead of a victory pose or a prideful smile, I draw her in mid-action with a focused face. For that same reason I avoided a composition where she was in the center/looking down, but rather, off to the side, implying her reserved character. The moon shines mostly her cloak and sword as I imagined her to be the kind of person who works in the shadows, letting her actions do the talking.
